Photo Booth Event Staff / Booth Operator (Part-Time & Flexible)

King of the Booth is expanding our team of Photo Booth Operators across Essex, London and surrounding areas
We create premium photo booth experiences for, corporate events, luxury weddings, parties and experiential brand activations.
We are looking for friendly, reliable and confident individuals to help us deliver amazing experiences for our clients and their guests.
No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering, setting up, operating and packing down our photo booth experiences at venues across London and surrounding areas.
This is primarily evening and weekend work. (Day times do occur)
You will usually work independently, although training and support will be provided until you feel confident managing events on your own. This role can also work well for couples or friends who enjoy working events together.

- Brand Activations
- Luxury Weddings
- Private Parties
- Proms & Award Ceremonies
- VIP Events
Responsibilities
Your role will include:
- Collecting equipment from our unit from Chelmsford
- Loading and unloading equipment into your vehicle
- Driving to event venues across Essex, London and surrounding areas
- Setting up equipment and ensuring everything is working correctly
- Managing the booth during the event and interacting with guests
- Creating a fun, professional and engaging experience
- Troubleshooting minor technical issues if required
- Packing down equipment after the event
- Returning all equipment safely back to the unit
You will be working with cameras, lighting, printers and software, so being reasonably comfortable with technology is important - although full training will be provided.
Requirements
- Must be 18+
- Must have a Full UK Driving Licence
- Must have your own reliable vehicle large enough to transport equipment
- Must be available evenings and weekends regularly
- Friendly, outgoing and confident interacting with guests
- Professional, trustworthy and reliable
- Able to lift equipment cases (up to approximately 10kg+)
- Smart appearance and presentation
Bonus Skills (Helpful but Not Essential)
- Photography experience
- Events or hospitality experience
- Experience driving larger vehicles/vans
- Social media/content creation skills

Typical shifts for drivers are around 8 hours including:
- Equipment collection
- Travel
- Setup
- Event operation
- Pack down
- Return/unloading
