Due to our continued Client and Care Professional growth within our ‘OUTSTANDING’ company, we are seeking a Field Care Supervisor who is able to work 37.5 hours a week to support our Care manager and be an integral part of the Care Team.
This role will be primarily based at our Woking and Guildford office, based in Knaphill.
Pay: £25,000 to £27,000 per year (DOE)
Hours per week: 37.5 hours

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be expected to carry out and perform a variety of duties including, but not limited to:
- Quality assurance (QA) visits, phone calls and home visits
- Conduct follow up activities as necessary
- Provide care for clients if required
- Manage any Client issues that may cause concern
- Carry out observations on new Carers for Care Certificates
- Perform Shadow and Support visits to maintain our high standard of services
- Maintain positive relationships with Clients & Carers
- Conduct Client/Carers introductions.
- Brief Care Professionals on Client Care Plans
- Will be required to take turns with on-call management
About you
- Experience working as a Care Professional is an advantage but not a requirement
- Qualifications in Health and Social Care or equivalent are beneficial to the role
- Strong communication & organisational skills
