I’m working exclusively with a genuinely well-respected recruitment business in Exeter that is looking to grow its M and E division.
This is an opportunity to join an established, market-leading business with an excellent reputation, strong leadership and a warm desk with existing clients and live roles already in place.
The business has been operating successfully for over a decade and pride themselves on their exceptional service, giving back to charities and flexibility for their staff.
The role will focus across M and E recruitment covering a dual desk of both temp and perm markets. This desk has billed between £20-£25k a month in the past so you would need to hit the ground running.

- Ideally a miminum of 2 years Recruitment experience - both temp and perm experience is desirable
- Someone relationship-led and consultative
- Comfortable managing clients and candidates
