Garren FM are seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated Working Foreman to join our growing facilities management and construction team.
The successful candidate will oversee and assist in the delivery of refurbishment, extension and fit-out projects across Northern Ireland, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
The initial project will involve the extension and refurbishment of a commercial building in Enniskillen, with a healthy future project pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and coordinate trades/subcontractors
- Work hands-on alongside site teams where required
- Reporting directly to Managing Director
- Ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget and specification
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and finishing
- Enforce and monitor all health & safety procedures on site
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and safety checks
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and management teams
- Organise materials, deliveries and site logistics
- Maintain accurate site records and progress updates
- Ensure works are completed with minimal disruption to operational environments
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Working Foreman within refurbishment, fit-out or construction projects
- Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and site compliance
- Experience delivering high-quality finishes in commercial environments
- Ability to manage multiple trades and coordinate site activities
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Full UK driving licence
- CSR/ CSCS Card
Desirable
- Experience working within healthcare or dental environments
- SSSTS / SMSTS certification
- First Aid qualification

Pay: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
