Job Title: Experienced Joiner (CIS)
Location: North East (primarily Newcastle and surrounding areas)
Pay Rate: £22.00 – £24.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced Joiners to work on a range of domestic projects across the North East, with the majority of work based in Newcastle. This role will involve working within void tenanted properties, completing refurbishment and maintenance works to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out 1st fix joinery works (main focus of the role)

Undertaking 2nd fix duties as required

Working on loft conversions and general domestic refurbishment projects

Preparing void properties for new tenants

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
Requirements:

Proven experience in 1st and 2nd fix joinery

Previous experience working on loft conversions

Own van and full set of tools (essential)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable and committed to consistent work
