We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and generating new business opportunities. Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services effectively
- Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities aligned with client needs
- Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Follow up with leads via email or phone to nurture relationships and close sales
- Update and manage contact information accurately within the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries professionally and promptly
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to enhance sales conversations
Experience
- Prior experience in telemarketing or B2B sales is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups effectively
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to engage clients over the phone with confidence and professionalism
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management techniques
