Glass Production Operative - Bridgnorth

Essential Skills & Qualities:
· Great organisational skills
· Hardworking
· The ideal candidate would live within 10/20miles of site and have access to a car.
· Ideally had some Fork lift truck experience but not essential as training will be given.
The Position:
Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for assisting in all production tasks required
This position requires the candidate to be physically fit in a fast paced environment, along with being punctual, hardworking and keen to develop themselves.
Your duties will include but are not limited to the following;
Ensuring work area is clean and orderly
· Manual handling
· Unpacking Glass food products from outer packaging in a timely and efficient manner
· Operating FLT to move pallets and dolavs
The Company:
Swancote Energy operates a state-of-the-art Anaerobic Digestion plant in the West Midlands which processes 75,000mt of a combination of all types of food wastes (in any form of packaging) and energy crops to produce green electricity. This electricity is used to power a local factory owned by the area’s largest employer!
We provide food/feed waste destruction solutions for some of the UK’s largest food manufacturers including, Baxters, McCormick UK, and Unilever UK.
