Experienced Cover Supervisor – Flexible Opportunities Available
Zen Educate is currently seeking confident and experienced Cover Supervisors to join our team, with availability for day-to-day, short-term, and long-term assignments.
This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, reliable, and confident managing classrooms across a range of subjects and year groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
- Take accurate class registers in line with school procedures
- Ensure students remain on task and engaged with the work provided
- Follow school policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience working within a classroom setting
- Strong classroom management skills and confidence leading a class
- Good understanding of school expectations, including safeguarding and behaviour policies
- Experience using school systems such as Bromcom or SIMS
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Flexible and professional approach to work
