Duties of the Used Car Sales Controller position:
- Support and oversee the daily operations of the Sales Department
- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and maximising profitability
- Manage and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and close deals effectively
- Ensure all finance, compliance, and FCA procedures are adhered to
- Monitor stock levels, pricing strategies, and vehicle preparation processes
- Provide leadership and set an example for the sales team through professional conduct and results
Requirements:
- Strong recent experience in a car sales controller, supervisory, or management position within the automotive industry
- Alternatively, individuals with significant senior car sales experience looking to take the next step in their career will be considered
- Motivated, self-driven, adaptable, with excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team to meet and exceed targets
- A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
