About the Role
We’re looking for Care Assistants in Colchester, Essex to provide complex care and support tailored to our clients in the area. You’ll make a real difference by helping people retain independence while receiving the specialist care they need. Previous experience with Learning Disabilities will be beneficial.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Personal care and daily living support
- Preparing meals and assisting with eating/drinking
- Administering medication (training provided)
- Supporting with clinical tasks such as Bowel Care
- Offering companionship and emotional support

What We’re Looking For
- Candidates must have the right to work in the UK
- Good level of English
- At least 6 months of care experience in the UK
- Full UK Driving Licence is ESSENTIAL
