We’re a hands-on, busy events team in Glasgow, and we’re looking for a new Event Assistant to join us!
We are looking for a dedicated team member who values high standards and takes pride in the details that make an event successful. We truly appreciate the hard work that goes into every live experience and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to quality and enjoys working collaboratively to achieve the best possible results.
What you’ll be doing
Events are demanding. You’ll be on your feet, moving gear, solving last-minute issues and making sure the event runs perfectly.
- Getting stuck in: From setup and logistics to the final breakdown.
- Problem-solving: Staying calm when things change (because they always do) and finding the solution.
- Supporting the team: We’re a close-knit group. We rely on each other, communicate clearly and always have each other’s backs.
- Guest relations: You’ll be the face of the event, so a friendly, professional attitude is a must.
Who you are
- Proactive: You take initiative and manage tasks independently.
- Reliable: You are consistent, punctual, and fully accountable.
- Adaptable: You are comfortable with the physical demands, irregular hours, and weekend work required by the industry.
- Local: You have a strong knowledge of Glasgow and the ability to navigate between city venues efficiently.
