Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Associate to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their skills within a dynamic warehouse or manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting assembly, handling tools, and maintaining operational efficiency across various tasks. Prior experience in warehouse operations or assembly is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. The position is paid and suitable for those eager to contribute to a professional team.
Duties
- Assist with supporting productionusing CNC machines and Pillar drills, ensuring quality standards are met
- Support the organisation and management of warehouse stock, including moving materials and supplies
- Operate machinery and equipment safely in accordance with health and safety guidelines
- Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Follow instructions from supervisors regarding specific tasks or projects
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with mechanical knowledge, CNC machines and Pillar drills is beneficial
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required
