Build Your Own Children’s Martial Arts Schools – Growth & Leadership Opportunity
Due to our national success, we’re now expanding across the wider region, including Essex and East London, and we’re looking for dedicated business partners to join us on this growth journey.
This is a long-term business-building journey, not an overnight role. You’ll start working alongside us weekly—learning the systems and proving your skills. Over time (typically 6 to 18 months, depending on your ambition and effort), you’ll launch multiple schools in Barking, Dagenham, and Romford. Each step—opening a new school and growing enrollment—will take effort, resilience, and time. Established area partners often achieve £25k to £45k, depending on how many schools and classes they run. If you’re ready for the hard work of growing something of your own, we’ll support you every step of the way.
While teaching martial arts is a core part of this role, we welcome candidates without prior martial arts experience if they have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, a passion for child development, and the drive to grow a business. As part of the role, you’ll receive dedicated support through our MFU training program, where you’ll gain the skills you need. We don’t expect you to be an elite athlete; however, you should be physically active and able to participate in the classes. If you’re committed to improving your fitness, we will support you every step of the way as you meet the demands of this role and grow with us

Application question(s):
- Briefly describe your experience working with children—how long, in what role, and what ages?

- Our business model means classes are typically between 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on weekdays, plus some weekend mornings. Can you confirm that you’ll be able to consistently attend during these times? If so, we’d love to proceed; if not, it might not be the right fit
- Do you currently hold an enhanced DBS check, or are you willing to undergo one as part of the recruitment process?
