In Toto Ed Peterborough is part of a group of registered Independent Special Schools and Alternative Provision settings, supporting young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and mental health (MH) needs. We are looking for a proactive and reliable Quality Administrator to support the Head of Quality and wider team in maintaining high standards across qualification and quality assurance processes.
The Role
As a Quality Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to help ensure the effective delivery, monitoring and compliance of education and qualification processes.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks within a quality assurance environment.
Key Responsibilities
Qualification Registrations
- Support the timely and accurate registration of learners onto relevant qualifications
- Maintain up-to-date learner records and registration data
- Liaise with awarding bodies where required
IQA (Internal Quality Assurance) Support
- Liaise with the IQA team
- Coordinate and book IQAs to complete quality assurance activities within required deadlines
- Work with HR to support the recruitment of IQAs
- Liaise with teaching staff regarding qualification uploads to internal systems
- Upload work to external portals to meet deadlines
EQA (External Quality Assurance) Support
- Assist with preparing documentation and evidence for EQA visits
- Coordinate schedules and logistics for EQA activities
- Track and record actions arising from EQA reports
Qualification & Level Monitoring
- Maintain tracking systems for learner progress and qualification completion
- Support reporting on achievement, progression and completion rates
- Identify and flag risks or delays to the Head of Quality
Claims Management
- Assist with the preparation and submission of certification claims
- Ensure compliance with awarding body requirements
- Maintain accurate records of claims and certificates issued
General Quality Administration
- Organise and maintain quality documentation and records
- Support audits, internal reviews and policy updates
- Assist with document control and administrative processes
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Quality
- Contribute to improving systems and quality processes
What We’re Looking ForEssential
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Desirable
- Experience working in education or training
- Familiarity with qualification frameworks and awarding bodies
- Understanding of quality assurance processes such as IQA and EQA
