We are looking to recruit a Level 3 qualified Pre-School Practitioner to join our team here at Southchurch Park Pre-School.
The post is a term time only position 3 or 4 days per week however, this may be negotiable depending on the successful applicant. Working hours are Monday to Friday 830am to 330pm. (Please only apply if you can work 830am-330pm as we cannot accommodate any other hours at this time.
If you are an enthusiastic individual and hold a recognised Level 3 Qualification in Childcare and have recent experience of working in a preschool or other Early Years setting, we would love to hear from you.
This is a wonderful opportunity to join us as we begin this new chapter as we have recently moved to our new venue.

The Role:
- Supporting the learning and development of children aged 2-4 years in line with the EYFS
- Planning and delivering engaging, child-led activities
- Observing, assessing and recording children’s progress
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Have a sound understanding of the EYFS framework
- Be passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
- Be reliable, caring and a strong team player
- Have excellent communication skills
