Required Competencies:
- Good attention to detail
- Strong numeracy and data handling skills
- Able to identify basic errors and inconsistencies
- Organised and able to manage routine tasks effectively

- Basic problem-solving capability
- Able to follow processes and controls accurately
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the review and processing of bordereaux data
- Carry out basic data validation checks and highlight discrepancies
- Support reconciliation of premium, claims, and financial data
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and supporting documentation
- Produce routine MI and assist with reporting requirements
- Follow up with internal teams or external partners on missing or incorrect data
- Support the onboarding of new bordereaux templates and reporting requirements
- Help ensure submissions are received in line with agreed timelines
- Escalate issues, exceptions, or recurring data concerns to senior team members
- Contribute to improving data quality and process efficiency
Knowledge Required
- Understanding of data accuracy, validation, and reconciliation basics
- Familiarity with Excel and core reporting tools
