About the Role We are seeking a highly professional, personable, and experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our well established Aesthetic & Laser clinic. If you have a deep passion for skincare, wellness, and delivering an exceptional guest experience, this is the perfect opportunity to thrive in a long-standing, high-performing, and friendly environment. This is a part-time role requiring a minimum of 2 days per week, with core availability required across Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The role is focused on premium beauty and advanced skincare treatments, offering a fantastic opportunity to work with a loyal clientele in a supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality beauty therapies, specialising in advanced facials, microdermabrasion, mirco-needling and tailored skincare, beauty treatments and more.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to analyse concerns and recommend customised treatment plans.
- Confidently cross-sell and upsell clinic retail products and treatments to enhance the client’s results. It is essential to have a customer first mindset as we pride our clinic on doing what is best for the client.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and luxury presentation within the treatment rooms and around the clinic.
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for every guest from arrival to departure.

- An hourly rate/base salary. An excellent commission structure on both treatments and retail sales. Paid Annual Leave: 20 days holiday (pro rata) + bank holidays (if worked).
