Our DGI Study Trips (DST) division specialises in educational group travel, working in partnership with Colleges, Universities and other education providers, to tailor bespoke study experiences and travel itineraries to inspire students outside of the classroom.

We are currently looking for a Software Developer to join our IT/Features team. Our IT development team are at the forefront of creating cutting-edge travel management software and systems that empower organisations to carry out vital work across the globe. You will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable cloud-based applications and solutions, working closely with the Senior Software Engineer, and also with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of high-performance, secure, and resilient applications.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Develop robust and scalable data integrations within the Azure Cloud platform
- Design and implement tools to subscribe and publish to/from Azure Service Bus messaging entities, APIs, and SQL databases
- Deploy well-tested code that meets acceptance criteria within an Agile DevOps environment
- Perform integration of applications both on-premises, private and public cloud infrastructures
- Collaborate effectively with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and Solution Analysts to design and implement reusable code
Skills Required:
- Experience at mid-level in a Software Development role, with a focus on C#
- Experience with Azure Functions and developing Restful APIs
- Proficiency in SQL, Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Postman
- In depth knowledge of Azure Integration Services including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure API
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and implementations
- Certification in Azure or related cloud technologies is desirable
