What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the day-to-day operation of a busy nursery setting
- Inspiring, motivating, and developing your team
- Ensuring outstanding standards of care, education, and safeguarding
- Maintaining compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Driving continuous improvement and creating an exceptional nursery experience
What We're Looking For
✔ Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
✔ Previous nursery leadership or management experience
✔ Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted expectations
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
✔ A positive, proactive approach and genuine passion for early years education
✔ Someone who leads by example and puts children at the heart of everything they do
