Location: Hybrid – Home & Office Based

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE + Commission

Carteve Consultancy Limited is a growing business development consultancy supporting care providers across the UK. We specialise in helping supported living and complex care providers grow their services through strategic business development, relationship management, and referral generation.
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our growing team and support both our clients’ growth and the expansion of the consultancy itself.
Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in helping our clients secure new referrals, build strong professional relationships, and expand their supported living and complex care services.
The role will also involve working directly with the CEO to support the continued growth and development of the consultancy.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who is confident, driven, organised, and looking to progress within a fast-growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with local authorities, ICBs, case managers, and healthcare professionals
- Supporting clients to increase referrals across supported living and complex care services
- Identifying new business opportunities for clients and the consultancy
- Conducting outreach via email, telephone, LinkedIn, and networking opportunities
- Assisting with marketing and business growth strategies
- Supporting the CEO with day-to-day business development activities
- Attending meetings with clients and external professionals
- Maintaining accurate records of business development activity and leads
- Helping prepare presentations, proposals, and business documents
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident and professional approach
- Organised with good time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience within healthcare, or social care , supported living or complex care is essential
- Full UK driving licence required due to travel within the role

Essential Experience
Candidates must have either:
- Previous experience within the healthcare sector, including areas such as supported living, complex care, domiciliary care, or social care services or previous experience in a business development, sales, or relationship management role.
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
