The Role: You will be the final line of quality before our products hit the kiln. Using professional spray equipment, you will:
- Apply high-quality engobe undercoats and glazes.
- Inspect every piece for imperfections (we aim for flawless).
- Maintain your spray booth to ensure a premium finish every time.
What We’re Looking For: You don’t necessarily need to have worked with ceramics. If you have experience in automotive painting, furniture spraying, or industrial coating, your skills are highly transferable.
- Experience with gravity-fed or pressure-pot spray guns is a plus.
- A "right first time" attitude.
