Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Factory Cleaner (part time) to join our team at our state-of-the-art factory in Minworth. This role is vital in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and safety to ensure smooth production operations.
Working Hours
6.30am to 3.15pm (2 days per week)
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of factory floors, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
- Use hand tools and power tools to assist with cleaning tasks as needed.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
- Dispose of waste materials responsibly and recycle where possible.
- Support the team in preparing the factory for daily operations.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks using appropriate tools.
- Report any hazards or maintenance issues to management promptly.
- Qualifications
- Knowledge of construction or manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable with a positive attitude.
- Previous cleaning experience in an industrial setting is preferred but not essential.
