We have opened applications for a remote Patient Co-ordinator who will be actively managing our incoming enquiries and leads, to ensure they are appropriately booked. Leicestershire Dental Studio is a national centre of excellence in dentistry, and as a 5* location we treat patients to the highest levels at our boutique dental practice in the Midlands.
Successful applicants will be very confident at communicating by phone with new and prospective patients, excellent communicators, able to handle objections, have excellent computer skills, and have a proactive and motivated personality to make each day a win. As you will be working remotely, we would expect an excellent and stable internet connection, your own quiet office space, and a microphone/headphones/headset to be able to do your role to a high ability.
