We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Artisan Foodie & Cook to join our team. Duties
- Craft Artisan Dishes: Prepare and assemble cafe-style meals with an artisan flair.
- Master the Menu: Along-side our culinary team work with specialty ingredients, local produce, and unique flavours, to create great seasonal dishes.
- Manage the Line: Run smooth, efficient food service during busy peak hours.
- Maintain Quality: Keep a spotless, organised workspace following food safety standards.
- Health and safety: Follow all regulations to ensure a safe working environment at all times
- Hours: Standard working hours 8.30 - 17.00, as a guide, with some weekends off. Occasional support required for evening events,
Experience
- Kitchen Experience: Some proven service experience in a cafe, bistro, or kitchen.
- Foodie Mindset: A genuine interest in quality ingredients, artisan food, provenance and presentation.
- Pace & Focus: Ability to stay calm, fast, and accurate during busy service rushes.
