Salary: £55,000 base salary + attractive bonus package (up to £10k)

☑ £55,000 base salary
☑ £4,000 sign-on bonus:
- £1,000 upon joining
- £1,000 upon submission of SC2 application
- £2,000 upon successful completion of probation

The Director, entered the sector following a successful career in real estate and social housing, recognising the need for high-quality, residential child care. While he remains a supportive and strategic presence behind the scenes, the operational focus is driven by the Responsible Individual, who brings over 20 years of residential childcare experience.
The home itself is a beautifully presented, modern home designed to support children and young people aged 6-18 years within a therapeutic and nurturing environment. Operating as a solo placement service with 2:1 support, the home has been thoughtfully designed with bright and airy living areas, to provide a safe, comfortable and welcoming space where young people can thrive.
The director and RI believe that investing in the adults leads to better outcomes for the children and young people. The culture is built on therapeutic, PACE-informed practice, positive recognition, and continuous development. Promoting a non-institutional approach will allow you as the manager to create a supportive environment where both young people and adults can thrive.
✔ Quick Apply - You’ll Need
- ❇ 3+ years’ experience in Children’s Residential Care
- ❇ Level 3 diploma in Children’s Residential Care
- ❇ 2+ years experience managing within a children's residential home
- ❇ A full UK driving licence
