Parts Advisor - Volkswagen Neyland
Location: Volkswagen NeylandContract: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings on a rota (paid as overtime)
Salary: £25,584 - £26,500 (depending on experience) plus monthly bonus
The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Parts Advisor to join our Aftersales team at Volkswagen Neyland. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll act as the key link between customers, technicians, and suppliers, ensuring parts are sourced, priced, and supplied efficiently.
You’ll support both retail and trade customers, helping to deliver an excellent customer experience while contributing to the success of the department. With ongoing training and development opportunities across the Sinclair Group, this role can provide a pathway into senior and management positions.
Key Responsibilities

Assisting customers with parts and accessory enquiries

Identifying, sourcing, and supplying parts accurately and efficiently

Matching customer orders to stock and offering competitive pricing

Handling telephone, face-to-face, and online enquiries

Processing goods in and out and maintaining stock accuracy

Liaising with suppliers regarding orders, returns, and warranty items

Processing payments and completing paperwork accurately

Working towards departmental targets and KPIs

Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the customer journey
About You
We’re looking for someone with:

Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Experience in a customer-facing role (automotive experience is desirable but not essential)

Basic IT skills and willingness to learn new systems

A professional, positive, and team-focused approach

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of motor vehicles would be an advantage
