We are looking for a highly enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Business Support Team as Senior Learning Resource Assistant. This exciting post will see you develop and manage the School Library and its related services in support of learning and teaching across the school community. This will be undertaken with the support and direction of senior management within the school.

This is an exciting time to join our team! Perth High School is a large, friendly and welcoming comprehensive, drawing pupils from a mix of Perth City and rural Perthshire.
We are an ambitious school, for all of our people and are undergoing a significant period of change both in our development as a school community and we have just completed the incredibly exciting move to our state of the art Passivhaus standard building completed in August 2025.

- You must be educated to higher grade level or equivalent.
- You must have experience of using ICT.
- Ideally you will have experience of working in a school environment or with young people.
- Ideally you will have the ability to implement and manage projects.
- You must have ICT skills related to information use.
- Ideally you will have the ability to develop programmes of work related to learning and information skills.
- You must have the ability to deal with young people in a school setting.
- You must have a love for reading.
- You must have knowledge of recent developments in the school curriculum.
