Ramside Hall Hotel are recruiting for an experienced Spa Poolside Assistant to come and join our Spa team. Just a 5-minute drive from the historic city of Durham, Ramside Hall Hotel offers 127 luxurious bedrooms and suites, each offering its own unique charm with stunning views across 350 acres of beautiful private grounds.
Our luxury spa provides the ideal opportunity to unwind, boasting a sophisticated thermal suite, five pools, including one of the UK’s largest hydrotherapy pools, an outdoor infinity pool, a state-of-the art gym and a huge range of specialist treatments on offer.
As the successful Spa Poolside Assistant you will responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for all guests whilst using our pool areas by ensuring strict health and safety guidelines are adhered to at all times. You will keep all poolside areas clean and hygienic, carry out daily pool checks and ensure that towels and laundry supplies are managed. You will be guest focused & provide a first-class service to all our guests. You will also be responsible for the supervision of our guests whilst they use our spa and pool facilities, take orders and serve beverages.
We are seeking an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is hard working, friendly, approachable and willing to go that extra mile. As you will be working poolside you must be a competent swimmer and be safety conscious.
Full time or part time positions will be considered. Due to the nature of the job (as you will be serving alcohol) we can only accept applicants aged 18 and over. Applicants must be available to work between the hours of 5:30am and 10.30pm Monday to Sunday.
