Fort Dunlop serves as a key hub within IPT Area North, supporting operations that span multiple sublots and regional activities. Its strategic position makes it an important point for coordination and access, with proximity to major infrastructure routes ensuring connectivity to both the Central Region and wider project areas.

- Provide practical support to delivery teams to improve the visibility and consistency of occupational health and wellbeing activity at site and sublot level.

- Support priority health and wellbeing workstreams, including psychosocial risk, fatigue, workforce wellbeing and other emerging project health priorities.
- Support regional and sublot reporting by collating information, preparing summaries and maintaining accurate data for monthly OH&W, HSPI and governance outputs.
- Support assurance activity by coordinating information requests, preparing evidence and tracking follow-up actions relating to health surveillance, wellbeing and supply chain occupational health arrangements.
- Liaise with delivery teams, H&S colleagues, service providers and supply chain representatives to support timely completion of health and wellbeing actions.
- Maintain accurate OH&W documentation and records within project systems, ensuring information is accessible, current and aligned with BBV document control requirements.
- Assist with monitoring progress against agreed actions, escalating delays or issues to the Occupational Health Lead where required.
- Promote a positive health and wellbeing culture through visible support, clear communication and constructive engagement with delivery teams.
Essential Experience:
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work constructively with delivery teams, H&S colleagues, service providers and supply chain representatives.
- Excellent attention to detail and an organised approach to work, with the ability to manage information, actions and deadlines across multiple workstreams.

- Experience of supporting operational teams, assurance activity, reporting processes or health and wellbeing initiatives within a project, construction or similar environment.
