Our family-run Department Store has been delivering the finest shopping experience since 1901. We are located in the heart of Windsor. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant with a passion for customer service, sales and fashion to join our dynamic team. Our Retail Sales Advisor team are the core of our business and play a vital role in the success of our Store.
What does this role involve?
- Greeting & Serving Customers: assisting customers to ensure their shopping experience is enjoyable and introduce them to our brands.
- Sales: Understanding the products you sell to enable the best advice and sales to our customers.
- Merchandising Displays & Stock Replenishment: keeping the shop floor tidy, restocking goods and ensuring they're attractively displayed.
- Delivery Processing
- Hours: 35 hours per week over 5 days, including a regular weekly weekend day.

The ideal candidate:
- Previous Fashion & Retail Sales experience.
- Would have a passion for customer service and possess exceptional selling skills.
- Would be knowledgeable and interested in the fashion and retail landscape and latest trends.
- Have the ability to motivate and encourage other members of the team to achieve the highest level of customer service.
- Would have great time management and possess the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience of being a keyholder/areas of responsibility preferred.
- Drive to successfully meet sales targets.
No minimum qualifications required; personal skills and experience count more than certification. Good numeracy and literacy skills and good communication skills.
