Our HydroKidz programme delivers high-quality small-group lessons designed around the Swim England National Plan, with a strong focus on progression, enjoyment, and customer experience. Our SwimExpert Private Lessons provide bespoke one-to-one coaching for swimmers of all ages and abilities.
Current Available Hours – Basingstoke
- Monday: 3:00pm – 7:00pm – SwimExpert private lessons
- Tuesday: 3:00pm – 7:00pm – SwimExpert private lessons
- Wednesday: 3:00pm – 7:00pm – SwimExpert private lessons
- Saturday: 8:30am – 11:30am – HydroKidz small-group lessons
- Sunday: 9:00am – 11:30am – HydroKidz small-group lessons

Swimming Instructor
Inspire swimmers of all ages and abilities by delivering engaging, high-quality small-group and one-to-one lessons.
Our private lesson programme offers instructors the opportunity to build long-term relationships with customers, grow their diaries, and increase their earning potential through excellent customer service and strong client retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, engaging, and effective swimming lessons.
- Adapt lessons to suit individual needs and abilities.
- Create a positive and enjoyable learning environment.
- Build strong relationships with swimmers and their families.
- Encourage customer retention through outstanding teaching and service.
- Maintain high standards of safety and lesson quality.
Requirements
- Swim England (ASA) Level 1 or Level 2, or STA Award/Certificate qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous swimming teaching experience.
- Recognised pool rescue certification (preferred).
- A friendly, caring, and enthusiastic approach.
- A passion for helping swimmers achieve their goals.
- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with swimmers and their families.
