Multi Trades Recruitment are working on behalf of a Tier 1 contractor delivering works on a major infrastructure project and are looking to recruit an experienced Finance Analyst / Commercial Manager to join the team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.
This is a key commercial and financial support role focused on large-scale construction projects, supporting financial reporting, cost validation, contractual disputes, and commercial account resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting financial projects across the wider commercial team
- Validating costs, applications, and payments
- Assisting with financial reporting and commercial analysis
- Managing and supporting resolution of historical and contractual disputes
- Handling commercial account disputes professionally and effectively
- Liaising with key stakeholders across project and commercial teams
Requirements:
- Proven background within construction, infrastructure, or major projects
- Strong commercial and financial analysis experience
- Experience dealing with contractual and commercial disputes
- Stakeholder-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Strong character able to handle difficult conversations and stand their ground when required
- Ability to work within a fast-paced major project environment
Working Arrangement:
- Ideally 5 days per week on site
- Limited work-from-home flexibility may be considered
