We are a growing property services company delivering housing maintenance and void works
across Birmingham and the Midlands on council housing contracts. We're looking for a reliable
multi-trade operative to carry out minor repairs and maintenance across residential properties.
What the work involves:
- Minor repairs in void and occupied council properties
- Painting and decorating — full room and full void redecorations
- Door and window repairs, lock changes, minor carpentry
- Patch plasterwork and making good
- Work across Birmingham — must be able to travel
- Some work in Nottingham or surrounding areas to fulfil guaranteed hours
What we offer:
- £13.00-£15.00 per hour depending on experience
- 20 hours per week minimum guaranteed — hours will increase as the contract grows
- Regular, consistent work through council housing contracts
- Holiday pay included

What we need from you:
- Own transport and tools — essential
- Proven painting and decorating experience — essential
- Carpentry, plasterwork and minor repairs — advantageous
- Available at 24-48 hours notice
- CSCS card preferred but not essential
- Comfortable using a smartphone — photos required on every job
- Right to work in the UK
