Job Overview
We are looking for a strong motivated individual to join our busy team,
Shift patterns will be Thursday - Saturday.
Previous experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
Ideal candidates will be 18 and over
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with company standards.
- Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to food safety regulations.
- Manage cash transactions accurately using the till system.
- Restock bar supplies as needed during shifts to ensure smooth operation.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or food service environments is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management to ensure timely service even during peak hours.
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- A friendly demeanour with a positive attitude, demonstrating professionalism at all times. Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
