About Us:
We are a well-established car dealership focused on providing reliable vehicles and high-quality aftersales service. We’re looking for a dependable Service Mechanic to handle routine maintenance and minor repairs with our state of the art facilities, helping keep our customers safely on the road.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine servicing (oil changes, filters, fluids, brakes, tyres, etc.)
- Perform basic mechanical repairs and part replacements
- Conduct vehicle health checks and report any additional issues
- Prepare vehicles for sale, MOT, or customer collection
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Follow all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in vehicle servicing or mechanical work, minimum 2 years
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems
- Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant qualifications (preferred but not essential)
- Ideally MOT licensed as well
