About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated Graduate Enrichment Assistant to join a thriving and supportive college in Leicester. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate looking to gain valuable experience within education while making a real difference to students' personal development and college experience.
Working closely with the Curriculum Leader and wider college team, you will play a key role in delivering engaging enrichment activities that inspire, motivate, and support students both inside and outside the classroom.
This role is ideal for aspiring teachers, educational psychologists, youth workers, or graduates looking to build experience within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality enrichment sessions as part of the college's enrichment programme.
- Plan and prepare engaging activities that promote student participation and development.
- Adapt delivery methods to meet the needs and abilities of a diverse student population.
- Build positive and professional relationships with students, encouraging engagement and participation.
- Monitor student attendance and contribute to maintaining high standards of behaviour and conduct.
- Support the administration and organisation of enrichment programmes and events.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of enrichment opportunities across the college.
- Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff to provide an outstanding student experience.
