We are delighted to present an opportunity that has opened up for a Contracts Coordinator Administration role
About the Contracts Coordinator role
· Supporting the contracts team (landscaping, fencing and maintenance) on a day to day basis by recording our small works information on to sales log, saving all correspondence emails and liaising with finance in order for the work to be invoiced.
· Being central point between Estimating and Contracts team to ensure all new contracts won are recorded in the correct manner and organising the documents ready for the contracts team to use when working on site.
· Maintaining records of hire and owned vehicles, as well as booking in services, MOTs and assisting with any insurance claims.
· Keeping up to date records on the hired in plant (such as rotovators, strimmers, cat & gennys) on a weekly basis.
· Assisting with recording of stocktake information provided by the Contracts team.
· Placing orders for all miscellaneous items required by contracts team (using the company’s purchase order system)
· Assisting Estimating team with measuring drawings
· Being first point of call answering incoming calls
· General office administrative duties
What we're looking for
- A hard working and enthusiastic individual looking to make the role their own.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an Administration role.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and other office applications.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise own workload.
- Construction industry is an advantage but not necessary.
What we're offering
- Hours are negotiable
- Rate of pay - £27,000 - £30,000
- 22 days holiday per year
