Pay & Benefits
£13.35 - £15.50 per hour

The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
Your duties may include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Social visits and community engagement
- Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition
- Assisting with medication administration
- Supporting with personal care where required
- Maintaining accurate records and care notes
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
- Promoting dignity, independence, and choice at all times
No Experience? No Problem.
Previous care experience is not essential. If you have a caring nature, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help others, we can teach you the rest.
We provide full training in all aspects of care, ensuring you have the knowledge, confidence, and support needed to succeed in your role.
