Von Crumb is a fast-paced, high-quality food concept in the heart of Belsize Park, specialising in the ultimate crispy, golden schnitzels. We take pride in serving incredible food with top-tier ingredients, and we are looking for an energetic, reliable Commis Chef to join our tight-knit kitchen team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You don’t need years of high-end kitchen experience; we will train you on everything! Your main responsibilities will include:
- Food Prep: Prepping ingredients to our high standards (crumbing, slicing, and getting everything service-ready).
- Station Management: Assisting with cooking and assembling dishes during busy service times.
- Cleanliness: Keeping your station clean, organised, and hygienic in line with food safety standards.
- Teamwork: Working closely with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure food goes out fast and looks perfect.
What We Are Looking For:
- Great Attitude: A positive, hard-working mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Punctuality & Reliability: Showing up on time and ready to hit the ground running.
- Thrive Under Pressure: Ability to keep up the pace during busy lunch and dinner rushes.
- Basic Kitchen Awareness: Previous experience in a kitchen or food prep role is a bonus, but passion and a strong work ethic are what matter most.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
