Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure food safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Assist with food preparation as needed to support kitchen staff.
- Manage guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant area
