We are currently looking for a bought ledger controller / admin assistant to join our friendly family run firm of book-keepers and accountants based in Harlow. The successful applicant must have an excellent telephone manner, be willing to learn and capable of following instructions. Although this position will be working solely for one of our bigger clients, we as a company offer a variety of office, admin and accounting services to a number of clients so this position will give the successful applicant a good all round knowledge of office procedures and widely used book-keeping and accounting techniques. Although training will be given a basic knowledge of PC etiquette / word / excel and email would be necessary for this position. Duties to include but not limited to close communication with suppliers regarding orders / prices and order fulfilment, purchase ledger control, VAT invoicing and input / control of such on our clients custom built IT / controlling system.
Salary - From £23,200PA dependant on experience.
Work Schedule / Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
