Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Landscaper to lead and oversee a variety of outdoor maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of landscape maintenance, horticulture, and construction practices. The successful applicant will have hands-on experience with power tools, irrigation systems, and mechanical equipment such as excavators, alongside strong organisational skills. This position offers an excellent opportunity for those passionate about outdoor environments.
Duties
- Carry out daily landscape maintenance operations, including gardening, pruning, planting, and turf care
- Oversee the utilisation of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment such as lawnmowers, strimmer's, brush cutters and excavators
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture or construction environments
- Mechanical knowledge related to landscape machinery
- Strong understanding of gardening principles and horticultural practices
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently
- Good communication skills to liaise with clients, team members, and suppliers
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in horticulture or construction are desirable but not essential
