Job Description:
We a currently looking for professional Customer Service Officers to join two of our prestigious contracts in Grimsby. Working within busy shopping environments, you will have excellent communication & customer service skills, as well as acting a visual deterrent, some paperwork will be required so good written skills needed.
Essential Criteria:
· Valid Door Supervisor SIA License
· Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
· Excellent Incident Handling skills
· Able to work under pressure
· Report Writing

· Ability to contribute to the team
· Ability to travel to sites in your local area
· Ability to use your own initiative
· Attention to detail
· Strong verbal Communication Skills
· Strong written communication skills
Desirable Experience
· CCTV SIA Licence Required
· Previous Security Experience
· Previous Shopping Centre Security Experience
Pay: £13.16 per hour
