Position: Registered Manager - someone who is looking for career progression as we develop our care homes.
Lacation: Bolton, Greater Manchester
Salary: £60,000
Golden Future Care is excited to announce the opening of our inaugural children’s care home. We are seeking a dedicated Senior Registered Manager to lead this new venture for our second childrens home and pave the way for future expansions. This role offers a unique opportunity to fast-track your career and be a key player in our head operations team as we open additional care homes.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a children’s residential care home.
- At least 12 months of experience as a registered manager with Ofsted registration.
- Level 5 qualification in leadership and management.
- Exceptional management and leadership skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of all relevant legislation and Ofsted regulations.
Your Role:
- Demonstrate unwavering commitment and passion for providing excellent care and quality.
- Successfully register with Ofsted.
- Ensure full compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies.
- Enhance team members' skills and knowledge in safeguarding practices.
- Maintain high performance standards at Golden Future Care Home.
- Inspire and motivate staff to develop their skills and progress in their careers.
- Represent the care home professionally to all stakeholders.
- Manage finances effectively, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Promote a culture of best practice and continuous improvement.
- Bring innovative ideas to the business and celebrate achievements.- Availability for phone support and additional hours during emergencies or settling periods.
