Job Summary
We are seeking a high calibre Retail Store Manager to manage our flagship store at the stunning 3 bridges location at Port Edgar in South Queensferry.
This is a very exciting and unique opportunity for a commercially driven hands-on retail professional to join this highly respected private family investment office. Our large retail store offers quality clothing, shoes, accessories, gifts & cards.
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years proven track record as a senior retail store manager
- Currently managing a store with turnover in excess of 2m pa
- Must be a dynamic hands-on leader who leads by example across all areas of the store management
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on team motivation
- Self-motivated, passionate with a strong determination for success
- Committed to operational excellence across ALL areas of the store with a key focus on delivering EXCEPTIONAL customer service
- Commercially astute with a deep understanding of the key drivers in delivering a profitable retail store, including, achieving sales targets, margin management, analysing sales data, stock control, payroll management etc
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the retail team to deliver excellent customer service
- Drive sales performance and achieve high sales targets across ALL departments
- Help maintain the highest levels of store presentation
- Monitor and analyse key business sales data and implement positive actions to maximise turnover, profit and stock turn
- Recruit, train and motivate your store team
- Create a positive, energetic, goal achieving store culture

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,397.40 per year
