Fire Safety Manager
We are recruiting on behalf of a respected organisation seeking an experienced Fire Safety Manager to lead and oversee fire safety compliance across a large residential property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all fire safety compliance activities.
- Carry out and oversee Fire Risk Assessments and ensure actions are completed.
- Develop and implement fire safety strategies and policies.
- Manage fire safety projects, contractors, consultants, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with current fire safety legislation and regulations.
- Lead, support, and develop a team of fire safety professionals.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, residents, and external agencies.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a building, surveying, or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of UK fire safety legislation and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing fire safety within residential properties.
- Ability to manage projects, budgets, and contractors effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fire safety qualifications such as IFE Level 4 Diploma or NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate are advantageous.
