Creative Assistant - Immediate Start (Part-Time, Fixed-Term Contract)
About the Role:
Shaker Interiors is seeking a proactive and creative individual to support the founder across a range of marketing, design and business development activities during an exciting period of growth.
This is a varied role offering hands-on experience within a interior design studio, with the opportunity to contribute to real client projects, creative content and day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the founder with day-to-day business activities
Creating moodboards, presentations and proposal documents
Sourcing imagery, products and design inspiration
Assisting with quotations and client proposals
Assisting with social media content scheduling
Updating website pages and portfolio projects
Supporting client communications and appointment coordination
Assisting with occasional site visits and studio appointments
Providing general administrative and creative support across the business
Ideal Candidate:
Strong interest in interiors, design and luxury brands
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised and proactive
Creative eye for presentation and visual content
Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
Experience using Microsoft Office or similar
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Contract Details:
Part-time 10-15 hours per week
Studio based role
Fixed-term contract (initial 2 months with the potential to extend)
Immediate start
Flexible working arrangement
Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
