We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Customer Service Advisor to join our busy repair centre in Grantham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, administration, reception, or customer support who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and helping customers throughout their journey.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and guidance from initial enquiry through to vehicle collection.
You will work closely with technicians, insurers, suppliers, and operational teams to ensure customers receive regular updates and an exceptional level of service throughout the repair process.
Welcome customers professionally both in person and over the phone
Manage customer enquiries and provide outstanding customer service
Coordinate repair bookings and vehicle handovers
Keep customers informed throughout the repair journey
Liaise with technicians, insurers, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure smooth communication
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Support the day-to-day administration of the repair centre
Ensure a positive customer experience at every stage of the process
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a Customer Service Advisor, Customer Support, Receptionist, Administrator, or Customer Care role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems
A positive, professional, and customer-focused approach
Automotive industry experience is beneficial but not essential
