Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating and managing projects, including with our enterprise clients, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications. Duties
- Support senior project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects
- Working closely with our enterprise clients and taking a lead in PM
- Assist in developing project schedules using Jira
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor project progress and update relevant documentation regularly
- Contribute to the preparation of project reports and presentations
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes for project discussions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site
- Assist in the management of resources, including personnel and equipment
Skills
- Familiarity with Jira, training can be provided
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Effective time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the project management field
- Ability to work outside of normal office hours on occasions to meet client requirements
- Ability to provide demonstrations to stakeholders of our enterprise client solo

Pay: £24,800.00-£26,000.00 per year
