This is a fast-paced production and catering environment supporting aircraft catering operations. In this role, you will be an essential part of the team, helping to ensure food preparation, packing, cleaning, and equipment handling tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and in line with the highest hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
· Wash, sort, assemble, pack, and position aircraft catering equipment
· Process and strip catering trolleys, including offloading, sorting equipment, and waste disposal
· Measure and weigh ingredients in accordance with set specifications
· Support food preparation activities within the kitchen environment
· Pack food liners following written procedures and specifications
· Carry out temperature, quality, and product date checks to maintain standards
· Receive, handle, and store incoming deliveries correctly and safely
· Assist with stock rotation and conduct daily stock counts
· Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all work areas
Candidate Requirements

* Basic understanding of English (reading and writing)
* Previous experience in catering, production, or kitchen environments is desirable but not essential
Compliance Requirements

* Overseas criminal record check (if applicable)
* Full cooperation with compliance and screening procedures
Applicants who have spent more than 6 months outside the UK must provide relevant overseas criminal record checks.
